At KO Style, we take pride in the quality of our boxing gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return an item within 7 calendar days of receiving it, in line with UAE Consumer Protection Law.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
• Return requests must be made within the 7-day return window.
Important:
Used items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
• Mouth guards
• Groin guards
• Used protective equipment
• Custom-printed or customized items
