You may return an item within 7 calendar days of receiving it, in line with UAE Consumer Protection Law.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
• Return requests must be made within the 7-day return window.
Important:
Used items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
• Mouth guards
• Groin guards
• Used protective equipment
• Custom-printed or customized items
