KOSREP is a boxing-inspired training program designed to help you stay fit and track your progress. We provide structured workouts that help you get better, faster, and stronger, with the option to join community challenges.
Anyone 21 or older who wants a serious workout. No boxing experience? No problem. We welcome all skill levels and will help you learn the ropes.
Just your workout clothes and water. For the training itself, you'll use KOSREP gear (gloves, hand wraps, and a shirt). If you're just starting, we have everything you need on-site.
Nope. You can get all your gear and book your sessions directly through us or at the gym.
Every class you attend and every drill you complete is recorded. You’ll be able to see your stats, track your milestones, and see how you’re doing on the local leaderboards.
