HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED
All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance.
A legally binding contract between you and KO Style L.L.C – FZ is formed only when we send an order confirmation via email (“Confirmation”).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to update or modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the agreed price will not change.

Orders will not be processed until full payment is received and authorized by our payment processor.
DELIVERY
KO Style strives to dispatch products promptly once payment is received.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier service. You will receive confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped.
All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only, and KO Style L.L.C – FZ shall not be held liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership of the Products transfers to you only after full payment is received.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the Products are delivered to your address or collected from the courier.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
KO Style warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects and are of satisfactory quality.
If you discover a defect, please contact info@kostyle.ae within 14 days of receiving your order, providing proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
KO Style products are not warranted against wear and tear, improper use, negligence, or damage caused by failure to follow care instructions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
KO Style L.L.C – FZ’s total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.

By purchasing and using KO Style equipment, you acknowledge that combat sports, boxing, and fitness training carry inherent risks.

By purchasing KO Style products, the customer acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with boxing or training activities.
Proper instruction, supervision, and safety precautions are strongly recommended.
KO Style shall not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from improper use or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Notices are deemed received within 24 hours after transmission.
